Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.bigredbeardcombs.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Our beard oils, balms, waxes, and soaps are handmade in small batches and may take 2-3 business days to formulate and prepare for shipping.  Our combs and leather products are also handmade and depending on the nature of the designs may take longer to produce and we will communicate this information to you via email, when your order is reviewed.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping estimates apply only once the package has been picked up by the carrier.  Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Big Red Beard Combs ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Big Red Beard Combs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).  We cannot be held responsible for customs and import duties that are charged once the package reaches its destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what they may be since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. You can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order if you are concerned with what the final cost might be.
