Shipment Processing Time
Our beard oils, balms, moustache waxes, and soaps are handmade in small batches and may require 2–3 business days to formulate and prepare for shipping.
Our combs and leather products are also handmade. Depending on the product and design selected, some items may require additional production time. If your order requires a longer-than-usual processing time, we will contact you by email.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing or transit times may be delayed by a few days. If there may be a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times begin once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier and do not include our processing or production time. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
Big Red Beard Combs ships to residential and business addresses, P.O. boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses where supported by the selected shipping service.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. When tracking is available, your tracking number will be included in the confirmation email and may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Orders are shipped using the shipping service selected or available for the order. Tracking and insurance availability may vary depending on the carrier, shipping service, destination, and shipment value.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@bigredbeardcombs.com as soon as possible so we can assist you.
International Shipping Policy

International Delivery & Customs Delays

Refused or Returned International Shipments
If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because the recipient does not pay required import duties, VAT, taxes, customs charges, or carrier fees, any refund will be subject to our applicable return and refund policy.
Original shipping charges and other non-refundable costs incurred in connection with the shipment may be deducted from any refund where permitted.
