Fall Stash Box Giveaway - Official Rules

No Purchase Necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees, contractors, and household members of Sponsor or its affiliates are not eligible.

Entry Period. Begins October 3, 2025, 10:30 AM ET and ends October 9, 2025, 3:00 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).

How to Enter.

1. Visit https://bigredbeardcombs.com/ the Promotion Period and submit a valid email address using the entry form.
2. Optional: provide your first name and select email-marketing consent. Marketing consent is optional and not a condition of entry.
   Limit one (1) entry per person/email. Entries via automated means, multiple accounts, or that do not comply with these rules are void.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). Email info@bigredbeardcombs.com during the Promotion Period with subject “Fall Giveaway Entry” and include your full name, city/state, and a working email address. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person/email; AMOE entries count the same as form entries.

Prize / Approximate Retail Value (ARV). One (1) winner will receive a Big Red Fall Beard Bundle (ARV ≈ $85), consisting of: one (1) Beard Oil (Factory, Noble, or Dillinger), one (1) Beard Balm, one (1) No. 9 wooden comb, and one (1) sticker pack. No cash alternative; prize is non-transferable. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if unavailable. U.S. shipping included.

Winner Selection & Odds. One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing within [48 hours] after the Promotion Period from all eligible entries received. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.

Winner Notification. Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner at the email provided. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. If requested by Sponsor, the winner may be required to complete and return an eligibility affidavit and, if ARV is $600+, an IRS Form W-9. All taxes, if any, are the winner’s sole responsibility.

Publicity Release. Where lawful, by accepting the prize the winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s first name and state (and, if provided, user-generated content such as a photo) in promotional materials without further compensation.

General Conditions. Sponsor’s decisions are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunctions of networks, sites, or platforms. If fraud, technical failure, or any factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and select a winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the issue, or as otherwise fair and appropriate.

Release & Limitation of Liability. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize, except to the extent caused by Sponsor’s willful misconduct or gross negligence. In no event will Sponsor be liable for attorneys’ fees, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

Platform Disclosure. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Meta. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor, not to Facebook/Meta, and you release Facebook/Meta from any responsibility related to this promotion.

Privacy. Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at [privacy policy URL]. Emails provided are used to administer the Giveaway and, if you opt in, to send marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your eligibility.

Disputes; Governing Law. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts in Virginia, applying the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Winners List. For the winner’s first name and state, email info@bigredbeardcombs.com with subject “Winners List – Fall Beard Bundle Giveaway” within 30 days after the Promotion Period ends.
