“No Shave November Giveaway" Official Rules

1. Sponsor.

The giveaway is sponsored by Big Red Beard Combs LLC, 320 W Main St, #446, Salem, VA 24153.  Contact: info@bigredbeardcombs.com

2. Eligibility.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  Void where prohibited by law.  Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate household are not eligible.

3. How to Enter.

During the Giveaway Period (see Section 4), enter by subscribing to the Big Red Beard Combs email list through Sponsor’s website, promotional form, or other official signup method. Existing email subscribers are automatically entered. Limit one (1) entry per person / email address.

4. Giveaway Period.

The giveaway begins on or about November 4, 2025 and ends on November 14, 2025 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

5. Prize.

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) Big Red Beard Combs Charcoal or Clay All-in-One Soap (winner’s choice),
• One (1) bottle of Beard Oil (scent of winner’s choice, subject to availability),
• One (1) No. 22 Comb with Leather Case Key Chain, and
• One (1) “Beards Til Death” Sticker.

 Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $71.96 USD. No cash alternative. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if listed items become unavailable.

6. Winner Selection.

On November 14, 2025 at or about 3:00 PM ET, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification & 72-Hour Response Rule.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address used to subscribe. The potential winner must reply and confirm eligibility and shipping information within seventy-two (72) hours of the time the notification email is sent. If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, cannot be contacted, or is found ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from remaining eligible entries.

8. Odds.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Shipping / Eligibility.

Giveaway is open to U.S. residents only. Prize will be shipped to a U.S. address provided by the confirmed winner.

10. Publicity & Rights.

By accepting the prize, winner agrees that Sponsor may use winner’s first name, last initial, and state for winner announcement and marketing purposes, where lawful, without further compensation.

11. General Conditions.

Sponsor’s decisions are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunctions of networks, sites, or platforms. If fraud, technical failure, or any factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and select a winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the issue, or as otherwise fair and appropriate. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions.

12. Release& Limitation of Liability. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize, except to the extent caused by Sponsor’s willful misconduct or gross negligence. In no event will Sponsor be liable for attorneys’ fees, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

Platform Disclosure. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Meta. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor, not to Facebook/Meta, and you release Facebook/Meta from any responsibility related to this promotion.

13. Privacy.

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at Privacy policy – Big Red Beard Combs. Emails provided are used to administer the Giveaway and, if you opt in, to send marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your eligibility.

14. Disputes; Governing Law. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts in Virginia, applying the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
