HOLIDAY SHIPPING GUIDE

Below you will find cut off dates for ordering with arrival on time for Christmas. These are safe cut off dates, but many parcels will still arrive on time for Christmas after these dates, however we CANNOT guarantee it. These dates are suggested date by Canada Post and NOT 100% Guaranteed.

SHIPPING DELAYS: We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, once the order enters the postal system, we do not have any influence over the efficiency of the postal delivery. Shipping delays are quite common when shipping Internationally due to security and customs, as well the rush of the holiday season. Due to this reason, we highly recommend choosing a tracked and/or Xpress method of shipping and planning your order accordingly to preferred delivery time.

Shipping Methods and International Shipping

We ship to Canada, the United States and International. All orders are shipped through Canada Post and UPS. Upon check out you have multiple choices for shipping methods. Please note : NOT ALL SHIPPING METHODS INCLUDE TRACKING AND INSURANCE. UPON CHOOSING SHIPPING WITHOUT TRACKING, YOU TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST ITEMS. WE WILL NOT REPLACE OR REFUND ITEMS SENT WITHOUT TRACKING THAT GET LOST OR DAMAGED IN THE MAIL – AS WITHOUT A TRACKING NUMBER, NO CLAIM CAN BE FILED WITH THE POSTAL SYSTEM. Delivery Times

Once an order is placed your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Packages will be mailed on business days, Monday thru Friday and will not be shipped or processed over weekends or holidays. Delivery times vary depending on which shipping method you choose. Delivery times may vary during sales and public holidays. For more detailed shipping time estimates please see below. Please note: All shipping quotes are provided by Canada Post and are quotes only, not guarantees. If you reside a non-major urban center please at up to 2 days to the delivery estimate. If you reside in Northern Regions or Remote Centres, please add up to 4 days to the delivery estimate.

Import Fees

We cannot be held responsible for customs and import duties that are charged once the package reaches its destination country. We have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what they may be due to the fact that customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order if you are concerned with what the final cost might be and thus insure no surprises with any unexpected charges.


Returns and Exchanges

Our store policy allows you to return eligible products within 7 days of having received them. A refund of the merchandise and taxes will be given however customers assume all responsibility of costs associated with returning items and in the event of a lost package must be able to produce proof of delivery. Refunds will not include postage fees associated with original delivery to the recipient. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original purchase payment. Any returned items must be in their original packaging and original condition. The refund will be issued once we receive the product back and deem it acceptable. All international customers must clearly mark “returned goods” on packages and use a local postal service. Any items shipped back to us using UPS or FedEX will NOT be accepted.
